Over the last 15 years or so I've been lucky enough to travel to dozens of countries around the world including a few far-flung places like Borneo, Uganda and the Galapagos. When I travel I get inspired. Being somewhere new (to me at least!) makes me see things with fresh eyes, so I always want to be behind the lens. These galleries are some of my travel photos.

Drawings

When I was about 6 years old, we were living in Tokyo. My school had a few computers. I think they were Apple II's. I became fascinated by a program called LOGO. In LOGO, you could program simple instructions that would tell a cursor (in the shape of a turtle) to move forwards, backwards or turn, and to pick up or put down a 'pen'. I spent hours and hours making images with LOGO. The drawings on this site are something of a revival of that memory.

Also, it's a been a fun challenge to figure out how to build this site during the lockdown.
